3. Do I need to pay upfront to order my wig?

Yes.
We require full prepayment (100%) to begin production of your custom wig.
If the wig is in stock, it will be shipped immediately once payment is confirmed.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes!
We ship worldwide directly from our studio in Dubai, UAE.
Shipping costs and delivery times are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your delivery in real time, anywhere in the world.

6. Will I need to pay customs fees or taxes?

Customs fees, import duties, and local taxes depend on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.

7. What is your return policy?

Because our wigs are custom-made, we do not accept returns, unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can resolve the issue.

2. Can I dye my wig?

Yes!
All our wigs come in their natural hair color, but they can be professionally dyed to the shade of your choice.
We recommend having this done by a professional to maintain the integrity of the hair.

3. Can the wigs be styled with heat, straightened, or curled?

Absolutely!
You can straighten, curl, and even cut your wig just like natural hair.
Just remember:

• Use heat tools on low to medium settings.

• Always apply a heat protectant spray before styling.

4. How long do the wigs last?

With proper care, a MyHairAtelier wig can last for years.
Raw hair is known for its strength and longevity, even with frequent wear.

5. How should I care for my wig?

• Gently detangle starting from the ends.

• Wash every 10–15 wears using sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner.

• Air dry on a wig stand — avoid high heat blow-drying.

• Avoid products with alcohol, as they dry out the hair.

6. Do you have wigs ready for immediate shipping?

Yes.
We have a limited selection of ready-to-ship wigs.
If you order a custom-made design, production usually takes 4 to 6 weeks.
